This 3-part Yoga Nidra practice, spread out over three consecutive weeks, will introduce you to a deep state of restful awareness, with a focus on releasing tension in the body and obtaining relief from mental and physical manifestations of stress. No previous yoga experience is necessary, and although this class is designed as a three-part series, you may attend all classes or just one as fits your schedule. Register at the class.
