Take time for yourself and join us for these monthly creative workshops, and learn ways of using writing as a healing tool. We will be tapping into memory and imagination to create stories from our lives. No writing experience is necessary. Materials will be provided, but bring your favorite personal journal if you like.

Studies show that high levels of stress lead to a weakened immune system and other physical and mental health issues. This 3-week Yoga Nidra practice will introduce you to a deep state of restful awareness, with a focus on releasing tension in the body and obtaining relief from mental and physical manifestations of stress.
