The body is amazingly complex and mysterious, with seven energy centers, known to ancient cultures as chakras, located along the spine. Using yoga postures and other techniques, we can find inner equilibrium to create a more wholesome, healthy mind and body. Join us for all three classes, which will focus sequentially on each chakra from the base to the crown, and learn practices that can help clear and balance these energy centers. Although a three-time class commitment may not work for some individuals, participants can still gain benefits from attending only one or two of these sessions. Register at the class.
