Come take part in a 4-week drumming clinic that will explore the therapeutic, cathartic properties of making music. Restorative Rhythms will introduce you to exciting new ways of discovering your inner pulse as you connect with others in this meditative activity.

This clinic is being offered by the UNCG Department of Community and Therapeutic Recreation in partnership with the Hirsch Wellness Network and is part of a research project exploring the link between music and quality of life. The program is free and limited to 10 participants. Registration is required. Drums will be provided, or you may bring your own if you wish. Sessions will be audio recorded and participants are asked, but not required, to take part in an interview at the end of the program. This is #3 of a 4-part program.
