Studies show that high levels of stress lead to a weakened immune system and other physical and mental health issues. This 3-part Yoga Nidra practice, spread out over three consecutive weeks, will introduce you to a deep state of restful awareness, with a focus on releasing tension in the body and obtaining relief from mental and physical manifestations of stress.
