EFT (Emotional Freedom Tapping) is a practical self-help method that involves using the fingers to gently tap on the body’s acupuncture points along the meridian lines to relieve anxiety and pain. EFT tapping is a form of acupressure that works with the same energy meridians used in traditional acupuncture for physical and emotional ailments. In this session we will look at the Gold Standard version of tapping and learn some short techniques to help us with anxiety. We will conclude with a tapping meditation.
