Huna Basics for Anxiety (online) with Beverly Vaughn

Huna is the ancient Hawaiian energy therapy practice of replacing and releasing the densities and blockages of energy connected to anxiety and pain. You are then replacing what has been released with the positive energy your body requires to relax and heal itself. Registration is required.
