Online Introduction to Hunyuan Qigong – Part 4 of a 7 Part Workshop with Bill Savage

The primary goal of Hunyuan Qigong is self-nurturing. Each qigong is performed multiple times in a slow relaxed method. The body is worked/trained both internally and externally guided by mind/intent. The exercises open the body’s joints and energy pathways. While the 12 qigongs are designed as a set, each individual exercise can performed by itself or in conjunction with other exercises. The workshop is suitable for all skill and experience levels.
