Nature Journals (in person) with Catherine Crowder
Begin the new year with purpose by harnessing the healing power of nature and creativity! This class explores how mindfulness in nature enhances emotional well-being, reduces stress, and fosters connection. Together, we’ll “upcycle” a composition book into a year-long journal for capturing nature observations and reflections on being truly present outdoors. Rediscover the peace and inspiration nature offers, and set the state for a mindful, restorative year! Registration is required.
