Online Cooking to Thrive “Stock the Freezer” with Cancer Dietitian Julie Lanford

Join Julie for STOCK THE FREEZER survivorship cooking class ! She will share ideas for what items to keep in your freezer that help with cooking short cuts! We will also make 1-2 recipes that are great for freezing and eating later. Stock your freezer now, eat great later with little effort!

Hirsch Wellness is proud to partner with Cancer Services Wellness Director and Cancer Dietitian Julie Lanford, MPH, RD, CSO, LDN. Julie is a board certified specialist in oncology nutrition and author of www.cancerdietitian.com. In each session, Julie will cover some basics around nutrition, including the needs of patients in treatment, and key nutrition recommendations for those in survivorship.
