Akin to acrostic poetry, the “abecedarian” (pronounced ay-bee-see-deh-ree-un) is an ancient form of poetry that uses every letter of the alphabet. In this creative writing class, we’ll read some examples of abecedarians together and then write our own. No experience needed. Registration is required.
Registration closes at noon on the day before class, and Zoom links will be emailed by 2pm that day. If you do not get this email, or if you have questions, please call the Hirsch Office at 336.209.0259 or email admin@hirschcenter.org.
