Practices for a Healthy, Balanced Pelvis Online with Terry Brown

The pelvis provides the foundation for the most powerful muscles of the body to attach to allowing the lower limbs to function properly. In this class we will learn yoga practices to help us create a healthy, balanced pelvis to maintain joint stability, increase joint mobility and reduce injuries. All levels are welcome.
