Quilled Greeting Card (in person) with Mavis Liggett

July 11 @ 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
picture of purple and yellow iris made from quilled paper

Quilling is the art of using rolled, shaped, and glued paper to create a unified decorative design. The name “quilling” is thought to come from the origin of the art centuries ago — birds’ feathers or quills, which were used  to coil the strips of paper around. In this class, we will create our own quilled greeting cards using a pre-printed design as a guide. Registration is required.

Registration will close at noon on the day before class. If you have any questions, please contact the Hirsch Office at 336.209.0259 or email admin@hirschcenter.org.
