Release Tension in the Hips, Improve Hip Mobility Online with Yoga Instructor Terry Brown

The hips must bear the weight of the upper body. Our professions, postural habits, and past injuries can create imbalances the muscular of the hips. This can lead to low back and knee pain. This class will teach yoga practices to help relieve tightness in the hip muscles and improve the feeling of freedom in your strut! All Levels.
