Releasing Tension and Tightness in Inner Thighs (online) with Terry Brown

Including inner thigh stretches in your exercise routine can help ease muscle tension in your legs and groin. Join Terry and learn practices that can help prevent muscle strains, tears, and other injuries. Freeing these 5 muscles can help improve balance and posture! All levels. Registration is required.
Additional helpful notes:
Please wear comfortable, non-restrictive, athletic-type clothing that allows freedom of movement, as yoga postures may include sitting, standing, bending, and stretching in a number of positions. Items you will need for the class: Yoga mat, strap or belt, 2 blankets, a chair, yoga blocks, or a stack of books.
This is a fun, friendly and welcoming group, but we take our practice seriously. All levels of practice are welcome. If you have any medical or physical issues that may impact your practice, please let Terry know so accommodations can be made.
