Resting in Awareness Mindfulness Meditation with Ash Poirier

We are delighted to continue our Mindfulness and Meditation with Ash Poirier. This session is open to everyone interested in learning the time honored healing practice of meditation. This evening session is designed to introduce calm, reduce stress, improve sleep, instill happiness, and offer tools for emotional well-being and self care. Registration is required.
Ash has studied with masters in the field since 2011. Ash is a US Navy veteran and a physician assistant who brings her deep curiosity of the mind-body connection with the caring, steady qualities of a spiritual friend. Most of her studies have been with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach, as well as other teachers in the mindfulness community. Reap the many benefits of this ancient practice which includes improved sleep, increased happiness, and better brain function.

REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED TO RECEIVE ACCESS TO THIS ZOOM CLASS. REGISTRATION CLOSES ONE HOUR PRIOR TO THE START OF THE CLASS. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH THE ZOOM ACCESS LINK NO LATER THAN THIRTY MINUTES BEFORE THE CLASS STARTS.
