Releasing the Tension in the Back Body

We carry so much tension in our back side of bodies, including the neck, the upper back, the shoulders, and the low back! This is related to day to day postural challenges and mental stress. This class will teach practices using the Melt Soft Roller and yoga postures to help relieve this tightness and pain, therefore restoring the body to be more aligned with what is natural and pain free. All Levels.
