Developed by Jose Silva, the method is based on three main principles: alpha and theta states of mind, imagery, and positive intention. The process involves deep breathing, relaxation, visualization, and other techniques to use for calming the mind. The feeling of calmness and relaxation take you one step closer to overcoming anxiety symptoms.
