Join Terry and learn a collection of stretches that can offer some relief to back pain and tension almost immediately. This class presents an organized sequence of simple stretches for the spine. Simple, but very beneficial. Especially if you do them often. All Levels. Registration is Required.
Please wear comfortable, non-restrictive, athletic-type clothing that allows freedom of movement, as yoga postures may include sitting, standing, bending, and stretching in a number of positions. This is a fun, friendly and welcoming group, but we take our practice seriously. All levels of practice are welcome. If you have any medical or physical issues that may impact your practice, please let Terry know so accommodations can be made.
If you are attending in person: Be prepared to remove any footwear upon entering the facility; there is a shoe shelf directly opposite the front desk. Silence your cellphone and place personal items in the available cubicle storage space before entering the yoga studio. If you have a personal mat, strap, etc. you may bring it if you prefer, however it is not required – Triad Yoga can supply all class props and materials. Class begins at 4:30 pm; if you arrive after 4:30 pm and the studio door is closed, please wait until the meditation at the beginning of the class has concluded before entering quietly.
If you are attending online: Items you will need for the class: Yoga mat, strap or belt, 2 blankets, a chair, yoga blocks or a stack of books.
REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED TO RECEIVE ACCESS TO THIS ZOOM CLASS. REGISTRATION CLOSES 12PM ON THE DAY OF THE CLASS. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH THE ZOOM ACCESS LINK BY 2PM BEFORE CLASS STARTS.
