The Art of Sashiko Embroidery In Person with Jacqui Mehring

Sachiko is a Japanese folk embroidery that uses running stitch to create a patterned background. The geometric patterns include straight, or curved lines of stitching arranged in a repeating pattern. Inspired by the Japanese/American artist Hiroko Lancour, enjoy the relaxing and meditative process of this traditional art form.

REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED TO RECEIVE A SEAT IN THIS CLASS. REGISTRATION CLOSES AT 5PM THE DAY BEFORE THE CLASS. CLASS SPACE IS LIMITED. SOCIAL DISTANCING WILL BE ENFORCED AND MASKS ARE REQUIRED. 

CLASSES WILL BE HELD IN THE HIRSCH CLASSROOM AT REVOLUTION MILL, STUDIO #130. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL REMINDER THE NIGHT BEFORE THE CLASS.
