The Power of Your Breath Online with Terry Brown

Just a few minutes of focused breathing can help you feel a sense of control! Learning breathing techniques and the effect they have on your mind and body can help you discover your own ability to create a sense of calm within and help manage your thoughts. This class will also include gentle yoga practices to help remove areas of stuck stress and prepare the body to breathe more effectively. All levels are welcome.

REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED TO RECEIVE ACCESS TO THIS ZOOM CLASS. REGISTRATION CLOSES ONE HOUR PRIOR TO THE START OF THE CLASS. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH THE ZOOM ACCESS LINK NO LATER THAN THIRTY MINUTES BEFORE THE CLASS STARTS.
