Join us this month to learn how math is hiding in the garden and on the bookshelf. We’ll look at some amazing patterns in nature and harness a few of those patterns to inspire our journal writing. This inspiring monthly session will build your awareness of nature’s beauty and power to heal. We will observe, sketch, write, reflect and learn more about birds, trees, plants, seasonal cycles, and other aspects of nature from Horticultural Therapist Catherine Crowder. Writer Molly Haile will share short selections on the same topic from beloved writers of nature along with writing exercises for recording our own observations and reflections about nature—and our lives.
