Yoga for Shoulder Openers and Strength with Terry Brown of Triad Yoga Institute

We carry a lot of tension in our neck and shoulders. This is related to day to day postural challenges and mental stress. This can lead to tight and weak muscles. Terry will teach us yoga practices to help relieve tightness in the shoulder muscles followed by some strengthening techniques for shoulder girdle stability. All Levels.
