A gentle practice for the tired and exhausted. Chair yoga is an adapted yoga practice that allows you to stay seated while practicing yoga focused poses. It can be practiced by anyone who wants to enjoy the benefits of yoga and may (or may not) have mobility limitations. We all have days when we are very tired. We know we would benefit from our yoga practice, but we really want to just sit down. Have a seat and do your practice, too! Chair yoga is great for anyone w ho needs a more therapeutic and restorative approach to their practice. All levels are welcome.
Join Terry in person at Triad Yoga OR from home on Zoom. Registration is required for both in-person and online classes.
If you are attending in person: Be prepared to remove any footwear upon entering the facility; there is a shoe shelf directly opposite the front desk. Silence your cellphone and place personal items in the available cubicle storage space before entering the yoga studio.
