The feet have about 1300 nerve endings per square inch, which are strangled by our shoes! This class will present yoga practices and exercises to keep your ankles and feet flexible and strong so that carrying the weight of your body on them is effortless and filled with happiness. Good mobility in the feet translates into good balance and stability. All levels are welcome.
