Yoga Practices to Relieve Back and SI Joint Pain with Terry Brown (online)

Yoga is proven to benefit those who suffer with back pain. Closely related to back pain is SI joint pain that can extend down one or both legs. Prolonged standing or sitting can worsen the pain. This class will look at common faulty postures and how yoga practices can improve stabilization and support of this often-troublesome area. Registration is required. All levels.
