When we encounter a lot of stress in our lives, we tend to hold our breath, resulting in tension in the diaphragm. If this occurs often enough, then our relaxed breathing may be restricted. This will affect us even when we aren’t stressed!
And when we sit for long periods of time, the front body shortens, which can also create restrictions in the function of the diaphragm. This class explores many tools available to us to help release this tension, free the diaphragm, and allow for a more relaxed breath and the free-flow of prana. All levels are welcome.
