Yoga to Create Stability in the Hips and Improve Balance Online with Terry Brown

As we mature, we may see changes in our balance and the musculoskeletal system. Weakness in the hips can lead to challenges in functional strength, stability and balance. This class will be a practice of using the hip openers of yoga to improve mobility along with standing poses to offer the resistance of bodyweight to strengthen and tone the muscles of the legs and improve stability around joint structures. As the legs get stronger, they will more effectively support the pelvis and therefore the spine. A well-grounded practice of standing poses can improve stability and balance. All Levels.
