LUNAFEST has been creating opportunities for women in film since 2000. In years past the talented women directors brought wonderful short stories from all over the world. This year will be no different. We have seven short films by women and about women that are timely, thought provoking, and inspiring for men and women.

HIRSCH WELLNESS IS THE PIEDMONT’S CANCER SUPPORT COMMUNITY
Twelve years ago, we dreamed we could touch the lives of hundreds of people affected by cancer. Because of your support, we have! In 2008 we began with 5 programs serving 35 participants, now in 2020 Hirsch has served over 10,000 participants attending over 980 programs! Our weekly on-site Artist in Residence programs at Cone Health provide creative experiences to more than 2,000 patients in treatment, survivors and family members.

Art Lives Here is our largest fundraiser of the year, and the reason our healing arts programs for cancer survivors and caregivers remain free of charge. Join us on October 3rd and become part of this caring community, where we celebrate the beauty of life through the power of art, despite the challenges brought on by a cancer diagnosis.

How to Sponsor & Earn Cool Stuff!

The Annual Art Lives Here Event unites artists, donors, collectors and friends to raise funds for Hirsch Wellness creative programs serving the emotional needs of people living with cancer in Greater Greensboro.
