Aromatherapy reduces stress, increases contentment, and decreases levels of cortisol, the “stress hormone.” Kimberly Seymour, Clinical Aromatherapist and Co-Owner of Botanically Rooted will discuss the calming benefits of essential oils and participants will create their own personal blend to be used for a group meditation at the end of the class.
