This special Saturday class will be held in person at Triad Yoga. Our back bodies can hold a lot of tension and stress and also succumb to painful injuries. This class addresses back pain due to muscle tightness, muscle weakness, and stress. We can use Yoga to open the hips, improve the mobility of the spine, and create a strong supportive core. All levels are welcome. Registration is required.
Be prepared to remove any footwear upon entering the facility; there is a shoe shelf directly opposite the front desk. Silence your cellphone and place personal items in the available cubicle storage space before entering the yoga studio. If you have a personal mat, strap, etc. you may bring it if you prefer, however it is not required – Triad Yoga can supply all class props and materials.
